Refund Policy:

Any request for cancellation must be made within 1 hour from the time of order confirmation.
Once the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund within the next 48 hours.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

You have 6 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

If Panniwal Spices is unable to deliver your order, a 100% refund will be issued.
We do not take responsibility if delivery is delayed or not completed due to:
- Bad weather
- Logistics/vendor issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances
However, in such cases, we will still provide a full refund.
All refunds will be processed within 7 days in accordance with applicable Indian laws and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for electronic transactions.

To return your product, you should courier it to the vendor’s address from whom you received the order.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items above ₹500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
